In Q4 of 2023, Dwarka Expressway’s average property prices ranged from Rs 11,300 to Rs 11,700 per square foot, which is a significant increase over the Rs 9,600 to R 10,000 per square foot recorded in Q4 of 2022. The average Q3 2023 prices were Rs 10,500 to R 10,800 per square foot, which represents a notable quarter-on-quarter growth of 6.5% as well as a commendable growth year-on-year of 14.3%.

Quarter-on-quarter, prices ranged from Rs 9,900 to R 10,100 per square foot in Q3 2023 to Rs 7,400 to £ 7,600 in Q4 2022.
Gurgaon, Sector-37D: Offering affordable residential apartments, Sector-37D has experienced a significant growth year-on-year of 36.8%. Property prices in Q4 2023 ranged between Rs 12,000 to Rs 13,000 per square foot. The quarterly growth was only 1.4%. Prices ranged from Rs 11,800 – Rs 11,950 per square foot in Q3 2023, and Rs 7,500 – Rs 8,000 in Q4 2022.
Gurgaon, Sector 36A: In Q4 2023 the average price of a property in this premium area near Dwarka Expressway increased from Rs 13,900 per sqft to Rs 14,100, representing a 31.2% increase year-on-year. Quarter-on-quarter, the growth was 24.5%. In Q4 2020, prices ranged from Rs 10,150 per sqft to Rs 10,350, and in Q3 2030, they ranged from Rs 10,850 per sq ft to Rs 11,050.
Sector 04, Gurgaon: Located on the Dwarka Expressway, with a mix of ready-to-move-in and under-construction housing, Sector 104 saw an increase in average property values, which ranged from Rs 10,100 per sqft to Rs 11,500 in Q4 of 2023. This represents a 19.7% growth year-on-year. Quarter-on-quarter, the growth was 1.5%. In Q4 2020, prices averaged between Rs 8,100 and Rs 8,500 per square foot, whereas in Q3 2023 they ranged between Rs 9,700 and Rs 9,900.
Gurgaon, Sector 99: Featuring land plots and ready-to-move apartments, Sector 99 showed a robust performance in Q4 of 2023. Prices ranged from Rs 10,500 – Rs 11,000 per square foot, which represents a significant year-on-year increase of 31.7%. Quarter-on-quarter, the growth was 5.5%. In Q4 of 2022, prices averaged between Rs 7,100 and Rs 7,525 a sqft. By Q3 of 2023, prices were ranging from Rs 9,900 to R 10,100 a sqft.
Sector108, Gurgaon: A residential sector of New Gurgaon with a mid-income, Sector-108 experienced an increase in the average property price in Q4 2023. The prices ranged from Rs 12,800 per sqft to Rs 12,925, which represents a growth year-on-year of 18%. Quarter-to-quarter, the growth was 7.2%. In Q4 of 2022, prices averaged between Rs 10,500 and Rs 11,075 a sqft. By Q3 of 2023, the price range was Rs 11,900 to R 12,200 a sqft.
Sector 06, Gurgaon: Strategically located along Dwarka Expressway Sector 106 showed positive growth year-on-year of 12.5% in Q4 2023 despite a small decrease in QoQ. The average property price in this sector ranged between Rs 11,900 and Rs 12,575 a sqft. Q4 2022, prices were in the range of Rs 10,400-Rs 11,000 a sqft. Q3 2023, prices ranged from R 12,000 to R 12,125 a sqft.
Gurgaon Sector 113: In Q4 2023, the average property price in Sector 113 ranged from Rs 12,900 to R 13,100 per square foot. Quarter-on-quarter, the growth was 5.5%. In Q4 of 2022, prices averaged between Rs 11,500 and Rs 11,750 per square foot, while in Q3 of 2023, they ranged from around Rs 12,200 to € 12,400.
Sector 8, Gurgaon: The property market in Sector 8 experienced a significant year-on-year increase of 27% during Q4 2023. Prices ranged from Rs 10,000 per sqft to Rs 11,000. Quarter-on-quarter, the growth was 5%. In Q4 of 2022, prices were between Rs 7,300 and Rs 7,700 a sqft. By Q3 of 2023, prices were in the Rs 9,500-Rs 9,710 range.

In Q4 of 2022, prices were between Rs 7,500 and Rs 7,700 a sqft. By Q3 of 2023, prices ranged between Rs 9,100 and Rs 9,375 a sqft.
Sector109, Gurgaon: One of the most premium areas on Dwarka Expressway Sector-109 experienced a phenomenal year-on-year increase of 28.5% during Q4 2023. Average property prices ranged from Rs 12,200 – Rs 12,400/sqft. Quarter-on-quarter, the growth was 39%. In Q4 of 2022, prices averaged between Rs 8,700 and Rs 8,900 per square foot, while in Q3 of 2023, they ranged between Rs 8,200 and Rs 8,400.
